Project outline
AF103 is a programme for repairs/overhaul to windows and glazing, repairs to external landscape/paving stones, external decorations, tidying data cables, etc.
The intention of these works is to maintain the internal and external fabric of the buildings to ensure all properties are in a good state of repair, safe and free of building and services related defects.
NOTE: Westminster City Council (WCC) is not the freeholder and as per the lease both the freeholder and WCC have repair obligations only. The scope of the works is finalised after checking the lease and consultation with the freeholders' agents.
