Reserved matters
Following the grant of outline planning consent, a reserved matters application deals with some or all of the outstanding details. The outline decision notice will state which matters were reserved for later approval.
The quickest and easiest way to submit a planning application is online via the Planning Portal.
Please use our validation checklist below to ensure you meet all the relevant requirements.
If you unable to apply online, you will need to download and post the application form below to the address on the form.
