Early-stage Start-up Support Programme
Overview
This initiative aims to help residents and existing early-stage start-ups to overcome common challenges, succeed in their first critical years, and establish a strong local presence.
What’s included
You'll receive access to top-quality support for starting and growing a business, including advice on:
- starting a business
- pitching and marketing your business
- getting online, website and social media development
- building your customer base
- legal aspects of business setup
The programme will be delivered on a first-come, first-served basis for in-person attendance. Priority will be given to local residents and businesses, but it will also be open to those based outside of the borough who wish to apply.

How to apply
The next programme runs from Monday 2 until Friday 13 December and consists of 10 sessions, including:
- how to get started for free
- avoiding debt
- how to build a website for free
- using social media to find customers,
- tax and accounting
The programme will take place at Churchill Hall (Churchill Gardens Road, SW1V 3AG) from 10am to 3pm daily.
There are a limited number of spots so make sure to sign-up fast.
