As online shopping continues to grow, it's essential for physical shops to create a unique and enjoyable shopping experience. By improving the look and feel of your shop, you can encourage more customers to visit, stay longer, and make purchases.

What’s included
One-to-one, in-person and hybrid bespoke consultancy support to improve:
- window and interior display,
- shop floor layout and presentation of products and goods,
- lighting, and signage

Eligibility
To be eligible for the scheme a business must:
- Be trading in Westminster
- Have fewer than 50 employees
- Have a turnover of less than €50 million (£43.5m) or a balance sheet total of less than €43 million (£37.4m)
- Not be in financial difficulty
