Abbey Centre

The Abbey Centre runs a wide range of free and low-cost classes and community activities to promote healthy and cohesive communities in south Westminster.

Bessborough Family Hub

Bessborough Family Hub offers support and advice for families with children up to 19 years of age.

Pimlico Library

Pimlico Library is open every day and hosts events for adults and children. There are computers for use, free wi-fi, and study areas.

Pimlico Angels

Running on every Tuesday, 5pm to 8pm, from 5 November 2024 until 31st March 2025, Pimlico Angels will be providing free weekly warm meals and an activity, at Grosvenor Hall on Vincent Street, SW1P 4HL.

The aim of the project is to address issues of isolation and loneliness for some, alleviate the difficulties and expense involved in heating and feeding families in their homes, provide entertainment for children, provide food and a safe space for homeless people and encourage social interaction and community engagement.

St Barnabas Church

St Barnabas Church is offering a range of activities over the winter months, including:

  • Wednesdays 2pm to 4pm, in church - sewing, knitting and stitching group,
  • Thursdays 3pm to 4:30pm, at T@3, a community tea, free hot drinks, cake and conversation
  • Saturdays 10am to midday, a quiet space, offering purely a warm space without an organised activity.

Shop and Donate

Shop and Donate on Strutton Ground is providing a social supermarket with groceries at an affordable price. There is also a community café offering a range of healthy, budget-friendly food and drinks and a community hub helping local communities connect, participate in events, and access services.

Open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays, midday to 5pm.
