- Dementia and memory loss: The word 'dementia' covers a range of diseases or disorders affecting the brain. It comes in different forms, the most common being Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia. Services for individuals and families experiencing dementia or memory loss, including caregiver support and guidance for daily living.
- LGBTQIA+ support: Services with experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities, providing mental health support, peer support groups, legal advocacy, and resources for navigating identity and relationships.
