To provide support to our leaseholders we offer the following payment options for our major works service charges;

Invoice Up to £2,000	Term 1 year	Resident Leaseholders	Non resident Leaseholders (properties that are sublet or company owned)	Payment option information You can spread your payments over 1 year in equal monthly instalments.
Invoice £2,000 and above	Term 2 year	Resident Leaseholders	Non resident Leaseholders (properties that are sublet or company owned)	Payment option information You can spread payments over 2 years in equal monthly instalments.
Invoice £2,000 and above	Term 5 years	Resident Leaseholders	Non resident Leaseholders (properties that are sublet or company owned)	Payment option information You can spread payments over 5 years in equal monthly instalments.
Invoice £20,000 and above	Term 10 years	Resident Leaseholders	Non resident Leaseholders (properties that are sublet or company owned)	Payment option information You can spread payments over 10 years in monthly instalments. After 5 years interest is charged at 1.5% above the Bank of England Base Rate
Invoice £20,000 and above	Term Repayment Loan	Resident Leaseholders	Non resident Leaseholders (properties that are sublet or company owned) Assessed on a case by case basis	Payment option information This is a loan secured by a legal charge against the property for up to 25 years. You will make monthly instalments towards the capital and interest of the loan. After 8 years interest is charged at 1.5% above the Bank of England Base rate. The administration cost of the loan can be added to the loan amount.
Invoice £20,000 and above	Term Deferred Payment Loan	Resident Leaseholders	Non resident Leaseholders (properties that are sublet or company owned) Assessed on a case by case basis	Payment option information This is a loan secured by a legal charge against the property. You do not need to make any payments towards the loan, and it will be repaid in full when the property is sold. After 8 years interest is charged at 1.5% above the Bank of England Base rate. The administration cost of the loan can be added to the loan amount.
Invoice £30,000 and above	Term 8 years	Resident Leaseholders	Non resident Leaseholders (properties that are sublet or company owned)	Payment option information You can spread payments over 8 years in equal monthly instalments
Invoice £30,000 and above	Term 13 years	Resident Leaseholders	Non resident Leaseholders (properties that are sublet or company owned)	Payment option information You can spread payments over thirteen years in monthly instalments.  After 8 years interest is charged at 1.5% above the Bank of England Base Rate.
