Major Works service charges payment plans

If you have already entered into a payment agreement you can amend this, please contact us on the details below to arrange this.

To provide support to our leaseholders we offer the following payment options for our major works service charges;

Payment option information
This is a loan secured by a legal charge against the property for up to 25 years. You will make monthly instalments towards the capital and interest of the loan. After 8 years interest is charged at 1.5% above the Bank of England Base rate. The administration cost of the loan can be added to the loan amount.

Payment option information
This is a loan secured by a legal charge against the property. You do not need to make any payments towards the loan, and it will be repaid in full when the property is sold. After 8 years interest is charged at 1.5% above the Bank of England Base rate. The administration cost of the loan can be added to the loan amount.
