Service charge payment plans
Every year an estimated service charge statement will be issued in March. The terms of your lease state that you must pay for your service charges in advance. Payment is required in two instalments by 1st April and 1st October. An actual charge statement is issued in September each year.
To provide support to our leaseholders we offer the following payment options for our service charges;
Half Yearly
Payment is due on the 1st April and the 1st October.
Monthly
Payment is due by equal monthly instalments. The easiest and most convenient way to pay, for leaseholders who have a bank or building society is by direct debit.

We can work with you and set up an agreement to clear any arrears by regular instalments. If you are still unable to keep to the agreement, please contact us.
If we write to you about service charge arrears, please ensure you respond quickly or your case may be referred to our solicitors for non-payment of your service charge account.
