Video streaming and meeting minutes
Meetings are streamed online with video and audio and can also be accessed for later viewing. Watch live streamed meetings or previous meetings (links to live streams and recordings are provided in the committee agenda).

Minutes will be taken and will record the names of speakers, which applications they relate to and whether they spoke for or against the proposal.
The minutes will be published in the meeting notes which you can find via the meetings calendar.
