The Mayor of London’s CIL charge is calculated in your payment to us.
The Mayor has adopted the new Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy (MCIL2) Charging Schedule. This came into effect on Monday 1 April 2019.
The older MCIL1, was adopted by The Mayor of London on 1 April 2012. The developments permitted under MCIL1 will remain as such.
