The council has received the submission version of the Victoria Neighbourhood Plan from the Victoria Neighbourhood Forum. The council is currently consulting on the plan under Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
The plan includes policies on a variety of matters including green infrastructure, the quality and safety of the public realm, improving the movement network and reducing vehicular dominance, land use and mix and development within the Victoria Neighbourhood Area.

Consultation
The Victoria Neighbourhood Plan has been produced by the forum after engagement with members of the community, including residents, businesses, workers and others.
Regulation 16 consultation on the Victoria Neighbourhood Plan began on Monday 24 March 2025 and will run for a period of 8 weeks, closing on Monday 19 May 2025.
