Service charges

As a Westminster City Council leaseholder find information about your service charges and how to pay them.

Ways to pay your service charge

Every year an estimated service charge statement will be issued in March. Payment is required in two instalments by 1st April and 1st October. An actual charge statement is issued in September each year. For convenience we offer a service where you can pay on a quarterly or monthly basis in equal instalments. We have provided all the payment options available so you can choose the one that works for you.

Pay by Direct Debit
