Project update
Our contractor, Axis Europe has now completed their detailed planning for the works which includes further surveys and obtaining quotes for the work. A copy of the detailed planning document (the SPP), is available to view in the document section of this page.
We held two update meetings for residents (one at Pickering Hall in June and one online in early July) giving residents an opportunity to hear more about the plans and timescales.

The formal consultation process, known as the 'Section 20' process completed in late 2023. A drop-in session was organised for 1 November between 10am and 8pm to that leaseholders can raise any queries they may have and discuss what support they might need, including paying a major works bill.
The current order of works will start with Winchester House, followed by Worcester House and Lynton House. Winchester House now has scaffolding up and surveys have started.
If there is any change to the order of works we will write to you and tell you why this is.
In mid-August we wrote to absentee leaseholders to offer them the opportunity to opt in to a new flat entrance door and/or extractor fan.
Doff (or concrete) cleaning is taking place at Worcester House and others will follow when Worcester House is complete. These works are carried out to help with inspections and prepare for other later works.
