Project outline
As part of our commitment to improving fire safety in your home, we are planning to carry out fire safety works at Bronwen Court and Scott Ellis Gardens.
The work includes:
- Replacement or upgrade of tenant front entrance doors.
- Opt-in for leaseholders to buy a door at the same time.
- Replacement or upgrade of communal fire doors.
- Fire stopping work between properties.
- Installation of a fire alarm system at Bronwen Court.
Our contractor, United Living, is currently drafting their initial plans, which will include the next steps and timescales.
United Living aims to start work on site in 2025. We will update you when we have received their plans.
