Ductwork Cleaning	Cleaning of all ventilation ductwork (communal and in-flat).
Extract Fans	Replace communal extract fans and controls in the plant room.
Ductwork, dampers and fittings	Replace local ductwork, dampers and silencers in the plant room.
Electrical – Lighting	Emergency lighting upgrades within the plant room.
In flat works	In-flat works to include replacement grilles, control damper and fire dampers. Making good as required following works.
Electrical works	Survey existing electrical power supply installations in all areas associated with the works, and where necessary replace existing / install new systems in compliance with current regulatory requirements.
Fire safety works	Carry out fire stopping works as required following works.
