Project details
This project involves a programme of planned maintenance works to various properties across the Church Street area. The intention of these works is to maintain the internal and external fabric and infrastructure of the buildings to ensure homes are in a good state of repair, safe and free of building and services related defects. In addition to the necessary building maintenance works, health and safety items relating to electrical services and emergency lighting are also required to increase the levels of safety for residents in the event of an emergency.
