Papyrus HOPELINEUK

Offers confidential advice on struggling with suicidal thoughts for young people, support for their family and friends, and information on safety planning. 

The helpline service - HOPELINEUK - is for anybody under the age of 35 experiencing suicidal thoughts or concerned for a young person.

Mermaids – for transgender people

Mermaids provides a helpline and web chat service supporting transgender people up to the age of 20, as well as offering support for their parents.  

The helpline team can answer queries from professionals involved in their care, such as teachers and social workers. 

The helpline and web chat service offer links to parents' and teens' forums, information on current legislation and protections under the law, and signposting to the training and legal departments.

SurvivorsUK – for boys, men and non-binary people

SurvivorsUK provides a national online helpline and individual and group counselling for boys, men and non-binary people aged 13 and over who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives. They offer emotional support through the justice system, support for friends and families of survivors, and training for professionals and organisations.
