Ingestre Court Roof and Walkway major works (project AE110)

The green roof on the 3^rd floor is being replaced with a traditional insulated roof and the walkways will be stripped and replaced with the same insulated roof system, which will be supplied by Bauder and guaranteed for 30 years.

The full list of works (3^rd floor only) is:

• Roof replacement
• Walkway flooring replacement
• Remove and relocate working satellite dishes
• Install new metal access doors and side-screens
• Renew perimeter boarding
• New concrete steps in bin-chute room
• Replace broken/ missing ceramic tiles
• Drainage works
• Fire safety works

These works have been granted planning permission by the council, so we are able to speed up the start to January/ February 2025. Our major works contractor Axis Europe will be carrying out these works for us.
