This document clarifies the council's position in respect of the implementation of City Plan Policy 13 C which supports the delivery of affordable workspace in the city. Prior to publication, the council first consulted on a draft Affordable Workspace Informal Planning Guidance Note alongside the draft Planning Obligations and Affordable Housing SPD between 18 March 2022 and 29 April 2022. A second round of consultation was held between 15 August 2023 and 29 September 2023. The guide preparation has been informed by a number of evidence documents, including:
