What's changed
Users will be required to parking designated bays or virtual bays clearly displayed on the operator’s app. Bays will look something like the examples below.
On-street bay:

If there is no space in a bay to park
Unfortunately you will not be ale to park in that location, and you may be liable to additional charges or fines being levied by the rental company. You can find a nearby location by using our map or on the operator’s app. There should be another parking bay within 300 meters.
If you leave your hired e-bike outside a designated bay
You will receive a fine from the operator which you will be required to pay. Users will be subject to substantial fines for parking non-compliantly and repeat offenders may have their user account suspended.
