A key value of the Westminster way is the health and wellbeing of our staff, which is underpinned by our health and wellbeing policies.
We adopt a holistic approach to employee health, recognising that there may be circumstances outside of work that can affect your wellbeing and seek to reduce barriers to mental wellbeing and increase resilience.
We have in-house occupational health and physiotherapy alongside health and wellbeing coaches.
