Project outline
Chester and Coryton House are due for external repairs and internal communal decorations in 2026 as part of our planned cyclical works programme. Electrical and lighting upgrades will also be included.
The intention of these works is to maintain the internal and external fabric of the buildings to ensure all properties are in a good state of repair, safe and free of building and services related defects.
