Managing your accounts

Service charges and major works are held on different accounts allocated to your property. If you have a credit we will look to apply this to any account in debit.

We will allocate your credit in the following ways :

a) Where the day to day service charge account is in credit, we will apply the credit to the oldest major works debit.

b) Where the major works service charge accounts is in credit, we will apply the credit;

  1. To the oldest major works invoice where there is a debit

Or

  1. To the oldest day to day service charge invoice where there is a debit

We will always contact you to inform you when a credit has been moved to another account.
