Martlett Court Major Works (project T154)

As you may be aware from the last communication in September 2024, we made the difficult decision to reconsider how we deliver the major works and asked all residents to send in comments and questions, and we would like to thank those residents that did.

I would now like to ask you again if you are interested in joining the major works working group, where we will talk to you about how we proceed with the works, what are the high priority items and other aspects of the project.

Group membership is open to all residents at Martlett Court. This includes non-resident lessees but does not include their sub-tenants. The group will consist of a minimum of four to a maximum of twelve members and ideally have proportional representation of tenants and leaseholders. All members of the group will be expected to attend all meetings, failure to attend regular meetings may result in membership being cancelled.

If you are interested, please email [email protected] and include Martlett Court Major Works Working Group in the subject field, you have until Friday 17^th January 2025. Then we will look to hold the first meeting at City Hall in February 2025.
