Carnival is taking place on Sunday 25 and Monday 26 August 2024 in Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. Some changes to services will start earlier, during the week commencing Monday 19 August. Changes for residents include:
- safety zones and ID requirements
- garden clearance service
- recycling and rubbish bins
- road closures, traffic and parking
