Notting Hill Carnival advice for Westminster residents

More information for Westminster residents about road closures, bins, ID and other changes over the carnival weekend.

Recycling and rubbish bins

If your property uses our kerbside food waste recycling service, if possible please remove your black outdoor food waste recycling bin from your garden and store it elsewhere. If your food waste bin does go missing over the Bank Holiday weekend please email the Recycling Team on [email protected] or call the Contact Centre on 020 7641 2000 to order a replacement bin.
