Notices for start of works, commencement and completion
If you are carrying out works, you have a duty to submit the following notices to us at the appropriate times. Requirements of duty holders and their competence can be found in Part 2A of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended).
To notify us and submit a 'Start of Works Notice', 'Commencement of Works Notice' or a 'Notice of Completion' please use the appropriate form below.
