Wharncliffe Gardens Repairs and Decorations (project AC103)

End of project is near

The major works project is largely complete and we are very grateful for your patience. 

The team at Westminster Council and United Living would also like to thank resident working party who have been very effective at raising the residents' priorities during the delivery of these works. They have given up their time for free. 

Invites were sent to all resident for the block inspections which took place on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 May. A record of the issues noted has been shared with the Working Party. Please let us know if you would like a copy.  

The team from United Living is working through the list of 'snagging' from the walkabouts and other inspections, after which the project will complete and move into the 'defects period'. 

This snagging related work is almost complete and the project is due to finish up at the end of October. 

As we move into the defects periods, we will send you an 'Aftercare booklet' with information that will help you to look after any new items that we have fitted.
