Estate Action Plans are resident-led plans that help to set local priorities for your estate and deliver the changes needed to address them. This could be enhancing what is already in place or looking at new initiatives.
These plans can include physical improvements like play equipment, landscaping or security improvements, or a greater focus on community issues like planned major works or anti-social behaviour.
