The block notice board has been checked and all information is up to date. Any out-of-date notices have been removed.   August 2021
A letter advising resident when and how to report issues of Anti-Social behaviour has been delivered to all residents.     August 2021
A letter advising residents of the services that are offered by the Pest Control Service and how to book an appointment has been sent to all residents.     August 2021
The cleaning has been monitored for a period of three months. There were some issues identified with items being left outside the front of the building which have been addressed. The standard of cleaning in the block achieves a high score     September 2021
