An action raised at the start of the COVID19 lock down, the cleaning team increased the level of cleaning to address the increased risk of contamination in communal areas March 2020
The housing team received funding and commissioned our contractors to provide additional planting. In addition, planting was provided as part of the refurbishment works to the car park  July 2020
The shutter to concierge area was repaired in April of this year April 2020
HSO contacted vulnerable residents periodically to ensure their well being during the pandemic and sign post them to service they may require. Westminster Council also wrote to all residents explaining the measures being taken to keep them safe and provide a service to them. March 2020
All residents were written to regarding parking on the estate and the implementation of the traffic management order which is now in place  August 2020
Block letter sent to residents regarding people smoking in communal parts December 2020

Cleaning has improved especially to the entrances to the blocks.    May 2021
Signs put up on the Scottish Towers estate regarding dog fouling. June 2021
Confirmation that five new trees will be planted in the area. Planting period is between October and March. August 2021
Main gate to Falkirk House has been repaired.                       October 2021
