Communal gardens are checked once a fortnight for grass and shrub maintenance. Hedge is trimmed three to four times a year November 2020

The cleaning schedule is as follows:

Daily tasks

  1. Sweep, vacuum and mop entrance area    
  2. Litter pick stairways and landings    
  3. Sweep and wash refuse chamber store   
  4. Litter pick external areas    
  5. Remove bulk refuse   

Weekly tasks

  1. Sweep and wash stairways and landings
  2. Damp dust communal ledges, railings and sills   
  3. Wash entrance area doors    
  4. Sweep hard surfaces    

Periodical tasks (Annually)

  1. Damp dust/wash communal light covers    
  2. Pressure wash / scrub external entrance area and chamber store    
  3. Clean communal windows    
  4. Wash all communal walls/floor

A letter was sent to all residents regarding rubbish in communal areas    February 2021
Sheds to be knocked down as part of major works     March 2021
