Hide Tower Residents' Management Board
Hide Tower Residents' Management Board was formed in January 2000. A large number of our residents are members of the Board, and all residents are encouraged to join. It costs just 20p to become a member for life. In return you receive a certificate and the opportunity to vote at board and general meetings.
Hide Tower Resident Management Board aims to:
- providing the best possible repairs service, within agreed timescales
- maintaining Hide Tower to the highest possible standard
- providing an efficient and effective service
- building good community spirit
Responsibilities
The resident management board is responsible for providing the residents of Hide Tower with these services:
day-to-day repairs cleaning
Westminster City Council is responsible for:
- collecting rent from tenants taking legal action against residents, if necessary
- letting flats
- mutual exchanges
- tenancy checks
- management transfers
- reviewing right to buy applications
- parking
- emergencies
- complaints
- general enquiries
