Tenant management organisations

A tenant management organisation is a resident-led organisation that manages property on behalf of the landlord. In Westminster there are eight, managing almost 1,500 properties.

We help them to be successful by: 

• providing specialist workers to give advice and support
• reviewing performance
• organising forums for managers and committee members to share best practice
