Maida Vale Resident Management Organisation (RMO)
Welcome to our newest TMO - Maida Vale RMO. The TMO went live in October 2018 when ABC Co-operative & Thurso Dundee Co-operative decided to merge to form a new and larger society. The RMO manages some services within the following blocks:
- Atholl House
- Braemar House
- Dundee House
- Thurso House
If you are a resident of these blocks you are encouraged to become a member of the RMO. Membership costs just £1 a person and the members of the TMO elect the management board who oversee the day to day management of the four buildings.
Westminster City Council is still the landlord and freeholder of the properties, but the TMO has taken over the responsibilities of the former two Co-operatives.
Responsibilities
The TMO employs two people; a housing manager and a cleaner/handyperson. The services we manage are:
- general repairs and maintenance
- cleaning
- grounds maintenance
- we provide a good, efficient repair service to our tenants through our fully qualified maintenance contractor, and also help leaseholders to find appropriate repairs contractors

Opening hours
Monday to Friday 10am until 5pm
On Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays between 10am & 12 noon, Terry will be in the community room at 8a Braemar House.
Please note that the office is closed each day between 1pm & 2pm for lunch.
